The Cellar

In the old mansion of Belcano, not far from the vineyard, Sebastiana was able to use the family cellar to produce the new wine that vinificate and age in big vat of Slavonian Oak for 2 years with a constant temperature of 18° C all along the year. The big oak vat organized in a vertical position allow the wine gravitational descent from the vinification to the bottling provoking the minimum shock to the wine during the time. Once in bottle the wine refine for at least one year in the temperature controlled rooms before being hand labeled and shipped to the final destination.
